Technology Support Professional We’re looking to add a Technology Support Professional to our growing team. Responsibilities Provide world‑class service to customers via phone, email, and chat for hardware and software products. Develop and improve knowledge of our products and related technologies, including networking, authentication, hosted applications, and database. Work from our headquarters in Solon. Special projects related to product support. Qualifications Experience in a technical support or IT management role. A “whatever it takes” attitude about customer service. The desire to work someplace special, with talented and motivated colleagues. Experience with cloud management or Microsoft Azure.
