RN - Critical Care Response Team - 12 hour rotating Join Our Critical Care Response Team at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center Hospital Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center stands as a distinguished institution, encompassing a 420-bed teaching hospital. The Critical Care Response Team is a newly established hospital-wide unit designed to provide rapid, expert clinical support for patients experiencing acute deterioration outside of the intensive care unit. Weekly Working Hours: 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hour rotating shifts Summary The position serves as a clinical expert, mentor, and operational partner to frontline nurses, providers, respiratory therapy, and nursing leadership. Qualifications Associate’s degree in nursing (ADN) (Required), Bachelor of Science in nursing (BSN) (Preferred) and Applicants with an associate degree in nursing will be considered. Per nursing guidelines, must matriculate into a Bachelor of Nursing program. RN - Registered Nurse License (Required) CPR - Basic CPR (Required) Minimum six (6) months of nursing experience (Required) 2 to 3 years' experience in Rapid Response, Critical Care/ Critical Care Transport, Emergency Department, ICU or similar high-acuity areas preferred We’re proud to offer a robust benefits package that supports your health, growth, and well-being. Salary Range: Minimum 39.64/hour - Maximum 61.45/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
