We are looking for a creative, people-first vehicle matchmaker to welcome neighbors into their next ride. This is not a high-pressure, old-school car sales gig. This is a role for a genuinely warm connector who treats every customer like a neighbor and every test drive like a special event.
You will roll out the red carpet for everyone who walks onto our lot, blending small-town heart with a passion for pairing people with the perfect truck, SUV, or car for their lifestyle.
The Daily Journey
- Roll Out the Welcome Mat: Greet everyone who visits our lot with genuine warmth, making them feel instantly at home, valued, and celebrated.
- Play Vehicle Matchmaker: Listen deeply to our guests' needs, hobbies, and family sizes to creatively match them with the perfect vehicle.
