Join our team at Highland Springs by Erickson Senior Living as a Transportation Coordinator! You will manage vehicle usage, maintenance records, inspections, repairs, safety equipment, and all trip documentation for the community motor pool.

How you will make an impact:

• Prepares and tracks vehicles for usage, ensuring availability when needed
• Assists with transporting residents and staff, including those in wheelchairs
• Helps maintain the daily transportation schedule
• Enters transportation trips into the work order billing system
• Prepares driver schedules and monitors requests for changes
• Handles on-call duty as assigned by the Supervisor
• Provides training on wheelchair securement and safe driving practices
• Assists with minor vehicle repairs as appropriate
• Performs additional duties as requested to ensure efficient department operations

What you will need:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in transportation services required
• Strong Computer skills
• Office experience is preferred
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age to drive.
• Valid State driver's license. This license must be maintained as a condition of employment.
• Must possess or be able to obtain prior to starting, a current and valid D.O.T. Physical/Medical Examiner's Certificate indicating successful completion of a D.O.T. Physical Examination. This certificate must be maintained as a condition of employment.

Compensation: commensurate with experience, range starting at $20.00 per hour.
