This role supports independence, dignity and safety while delivering compassionate, high-quality care aligned with Dignity At Home's core values.What You'll Do:Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing and toiletingSupport medication self-administration and proper storageMonitor vital signs, weight and report changes in conditionProvide catheter care, ostomy care and assist with prescribed medical equipmentPerform light housekeeping, laundry and meal preparationAccompany clients to appointments and provide companionshipFollow individualized care plans and document care accurately each shiftCommunicate changes in client condition to the Clinical Manager promptlyWhat We're Looking For:Active New York State Home Health Aide certificationCompletion of an approved HHA Training ProgramAt least 18 years of age (if required by state regulations)Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plansReliable transportation and flexibility for coverage as neededCompassionate, dependable and committed to client well-beingHome Health Aide – Provide Compassionate Care and Daily SupportPay Range: 19.75 - 24.75Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
