Job Summary We are looking to add to our great team! If you enjoy working hard in a team atmosphere and you have a high level of Customer Service in any industry, A CSR position will entail coordinating our measure, install, and service appointments between our customers and crews. This person must develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to better assist in scheduling appointments and managing customer expectations. In addition to scheduling, this person will also assist in receiving of products, keeping inventory and managing customer flow for projects. Responsibilities Coordinating with customers and the installers and techs to schedule measure, install, and service appointments Communicating with installers and techs about complexity of jobs and scheduling accordingly Verify all products and parts have arrived before scheduling appointments Processing job packets upon completion Qualifications Ability to problem solve Detail oriented Must be capable of continuously learning and adapting to changes Good communication skills Comfortable utilizing various forms of technology Company Overview Window World is the largest exterior remodeler in the United States and we offer in-home consultations on a wide array of residential exterior remodeling products.
