Hand & Stone Chanhassen is seeking a talented, caring, and motivated Licensed Esthetician to join our locally owned spa. Here you do more than provide a facial. You listen to each client's concerns, create customized skincare plans, recommend services and products that support real results, and build relationships that keep clients coming back. Roles and Responsibilities:

• An active Esthetics license in MN
• Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance
• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client's skincare goals
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas

Compensation: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
