Job Summary:
A Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) is required in Lewisville, Texas. Candidates are expected to bring their license on the first day. This role involves working in a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory setting, with responsibilities including scrubbing, monitoring, and supporting a variety of cardiac procedures. The position requires flexibility to float within the facility and to a sister facility within a reasonable radius. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Specialty: Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL)
• Schedule: Day Shift | 9.5 hours per shift | Minimum of 38 hours per week
• Certification Requirements: ACLS, RCIS, RRT
• Experience: 0 years minimum, 3 years preferred
• Shift: 5 RN / 1 Tech during day shift; rotating minimum of two weekends per month
• Unit Information:
  • Type: Cath/EP Lab
  • Beds: 1 Cath/EP Lab
  • Staff: 6 members (RN and Tech)
  • Procedures: Left Heart Catheterization, PCI, Pacemaker, ICD Implants, TEE, Cardioversion, Loop Recorders, EP Studies, EP Ablations, Amulet implantation
  • Equipment: GE, Mac Lab, Abbott Ensite X
• Float: Float rotation may be required within the facility and to a sister facility within a reasonable radius
• Dress Code: Ceil blue scrubs
• Additional Notes:
  • Must have experienced scrub and experienced to monitor
  • Typical procedures performed include invasive and diagnostic cardiac procedures
  • No specific minimum experience required, but 3 years experience noted in the job order
  • Candidates should be dedicated to patient-centered care and able to work in a fast-paced environment
