Territory Manager

They are seeking a candidate with strong business-to-business experience who can think innovatively and remain resilient in the face of challenges.ResponsibilitiesInspect residential and commercial roofing systems to ensure quality standards and compliance.Provide training and guidance to customers and contractors on proper installation techniques for company products.Lead meetings and deliver presentations to diverse stakeholder groups.Prepare detailed reports and professional business correspondence to support sales and service operations.Coordinate and manage customer service initiatives to enhance satisfaction and retention.Research and compile prospective customer leads using industry resources and market data.Travel within the assigned territory to build relationships with current and potential customers while promoting company products.Demonstrate product features and benefits through samples, catalogs, and other sales tools.Present pricing options, credit terms, and prepare contracts for customer orders.Estimate delivery timelines based on production schedules and logistics capabilities.QualificationsBachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or at least four years of relevant experience and/or training; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.Valid driver's license required.Ability and willingness to travel by air within and outside the assigned territory.Must be able to accommodate overnight travel as part of the role.Capable of frequently lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.Visual acuity sufficient for driving and inspecting roofing systems, with minimal color discrimination and accurate depth perception.Comfortable working extended hours as needed.BenefitsHealth insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability, etc.)401k match and other retirement plansPaid time offCompensation: $100,000 - $120,000 + quarterly bonus
