About The Position
Work is performed in kitchen - well lit but noisy. Steam & heat from cooking & dish-washing equipment causes high temps & humidity. There is danger of slipping on floor, & worker is exposed to hot liquid, sharp blades, hot surfaces, & extreme temp changes from refrigeration & freezing units. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
