RN Unit Manager Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center Miami, FL $38-$40/hour Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to join our team at Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center in Miami, Florida. - Oversee the daily operations of our skilled nursing unit, including staff supervision, patient care coordination, and quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with the Medical Director and other department leaders to develop and implement unit goals and objectives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as HIPAA and Joint Commission standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance improvement projects to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes
- Provide professional guidance and mentorship to nursing staff, including orientation and training programs
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, respect, and teamwork among staff members

- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Florida
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
