CLIENT ADVISOR

Position Overview The Client Advisor will serve as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service to clients and fostering long-term relationships while driving sales through personalized client engagement. Salary / Hourly Rate $30/hr – $35/hr + commission Responsibilities Greet and assist clients, ensuring a welcoming environment. Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Achieve individual and store sales targets. Process transactions accurately and efficiently. Support visual merchandising and inventory management. Uphold company standards for service and presentation. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals. Required Experience / Skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven sales and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and technology. Preferred Experience / Skills Experience in luxury retail or fashion. Multilingual abilities. Familiarity with clienteling tools and CRM systems. Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education in fashion, retail, or business is a plus.
