Dentist

We are seeking a skilled dentist to join our client's busy office. Our client is seeking a full time dentist for 4 or 5 days per week. This is a busy office with all modern equipment! They have an amazing team of assistants, hygienists and front desk, that all work very well together. They are a mix of fee for service, PPOs and HMOs, but no Medicaid. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality patient care and will possess a strong foundation in various dental practices. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment where you can enhance your skills in general dentistry. The office has all modern equipment and lots of patients already established. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages. Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Conduct restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, and bridges. If experienced in advanced procedures like endo, extractions or implants that is a big plus but it is not required. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient treatments using Dentrix software. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care. Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities. Skills Proficient knowledge of general dentistry practices and procedures. Experience or interest in pediatric dentistry is highly desirable. Familiarity with Dentrix software for managing patient records efficiently. Strong understanding of anatomy related to dental health and treatment. Ability to fabricate dental appliances as needed for patient care. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with pa.tients and staff. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
