Administrative Asst/Customer Service

$17 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team in various clerical and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills, proficiency in Microsoft, and experience with construction. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling phone systems, and ensuring efficient data entry while maintaining a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.

Responsibilities

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE/ DRUG SCREEN AND BACKGROUND CHECKS

  • Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management.

  • Manage front desk operations by greeting visitors and answering phone calls professionally.

  • Utilize Glass Pac for basic quotes, accounting tasks and financial record keeping.

  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy access to information.

  • Support the lead receptionist with costumer interactions and administrative tasks.

  • Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance efficiency.

  • Handle correspondence and prepare reports as required.

Pay Range: DOE Starting @ $17.00

Shift: 1st

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.

  • Experience with construction-related administrative tasks is preferred.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
