Assistant Dining Manager Grill & Sports Bar
The Cafe/Grille Manager is responsible for being the primary Food & Beverage contact until management arrives. Verifies schedules, checks deliveries and carries Food & Beverage cell phone. Provides coverage for any Cafe attendant in the absence of scheduled Bistro staff.
Hourly Wage to $23.00 with generous benefits, Paid time off, 401k option, daily pay option.
Location: Freedom Plaza at Sun City Center

About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Assistant Dining Manager to join our casual dining venues Grill & Sports Bar team. This is a hands on leadership role supporting servers, grill attendants, and sports bar staff to deliver an outstanding dining experience for our residents.
What You'll Do
Supervise daily operations of the Grill & Sports Bar
Lead and mentor team members in service standards and resident engagement
Support in grill and sports bar operations including responsible alcohol service and inventory
Work alongside staff on the floor (register, grill station, taking orders, running food, bussing tables)
Ensure service, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently met
Assist with special promotions, themed nights, and catering events
What We're Looking For
23 years of supervisory experience in casual dining, grill, or sports bar setting
Strong knowledge of food service, beer, wine & liquor operations
Serve Safe and Alcohol Certification (or ability to obtain)
Excellent resident service and communication skills
Availability on weekends and holidays
Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
