You will lead nursing staff, coordinate care delivery, and serve as a resource for both clinical and support teams.### ### **Key Responsibilities*** Supervise and support **CNAs and nursing staff** on assigned unit* Ensure delivery of **high-quality patient care** in accordance with care plans* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed* Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care team* Ensure accurate and timely **clinical documentation*** Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transitions of care* Maintain compliance with **state, federal, and facility regulations*** Serve as a leader and mentor, promoting teamwork and accountability### ### **Qualifications*** Active, unencumbered **LPN or RN license in South Carolina (required)*** **Current CPR certification required*** Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing* Experience with **PointClickCare (PCC) preferred*** Prior leadership or charge nurse experience preferred* Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills* Passion for delivering compassionate, resident-centered care### ### **Why Join Cherrydale Post Acute?**At Cherrydale, you’re not just stepping into a leadership role—you’re joining a team that values stability, growth, and doing the right thing for residents and staff alike.
