Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their mental health needs and diagnose where appropriate, utilizing tools from the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.

• Create and monitor individualized care plans that incorporate the patient's cultural backgrounds, unique needs, and therapeutic goals. Interventions may include individual therapy sessions, family counseling, and crisis intervention strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based practices to evaluate the effectiveness of therapy and adapt strategies to align with the patient’s progress continually.

• Maintain accurate, timely treatment records and reports in compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and effective communication among treatment providers.

• Engage collaboratively with patients, families, and if applicable, school staff to develop comprehensive treatment plans focused on positive outcomes and aligned care strategies.

• Provide education and mentorship to interns, students, and new team members, fostering a culture of growth and learning within the clinic.

• Assist in coordinating referrals and maintain effective relationships with other therapy and referral agencies to extend and enhance patient care.

• Participate in clinical supervision and peer-review processes to uphold quality and promote team development.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and competencies.
