Overview Baker's Cay Resort, located in the Florida Keys, seeks a Hybrid Marketing Manager to strengthen brand presence and drive revenue growth. The role includes strategic marketing planning, digital campaigns, content creation, and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and revenue growth. Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. Manage the creation and execution of captivating content for various marketing channels. Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and ROI. Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proven experience as a Marketing Manager in the hospitality industry. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tactics. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and branding. Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools.
