Embedded Software Test Engineer

Job Summary: Motivated, hardworking individual to develop embedded software automated testing &/OR manual testing for our Sleep & Respiratory Care sleep and vent solutions. It's a bonus for candidates to have C# or test automation experience for this role, but not required Certifications: ISTQB Advanced Minimum Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent. Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Software Development, Software Design and Architecture, Testing and Quality Assurance or equivalent OR no prior experience required with Master's Degree. Responsibilities: Prior experience in medical device industry. Experience in requirements analysis, test development, test execution, defect management. Works under close supervision on segments of a project or very small projects. Performs tasks to schedule and requirements. ble to provide solutions using standard techniques and can provide alternatives. Basic understanding of engineering principles and practices. Understands basics of business operation. Displays ability to communicate effectively. Limited experience in applying engineering skills. pplies standard techniques to common problems.
