Cardiologist - Congestive Heart Failure (CHF)

Seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Cardiologist with a focus in Congestive Heart Failure to join our growing cardiovascular program. This physician will play a key role in delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care for individuals with complex heart failure conditions while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide inpatient and outpatient care for patients with congestive heart failure and related cardiovascular conditions
Manage and treat complex CHF cases, including advanced heart failure therapies (as applicable)
Collaborate with interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, cardiac imaging, and primary care teams
Participate in multidisciplinary heart failure rounds and care planning
Interpret and utilize diagnostic studies including echocardiograms, stress testing, and cardiac imaging
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based care pathways
Provide patient and family education on disease management, prevention, and lifestyle modification
Participate in call rotation as assigned

Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Completion of an ACGME-accredited Cardiology Fellowship
Fellowship training or significant experience in Heart Failure preferred
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
Eligible for or currently holding Colorado medical licensure
Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
