Customer Support Representative

Intepros' global biopharmaceutical client is seeking a Customer Account Representative to support high-volume customer service and order management operations across the U.S. business. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for customers while managing order processing, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a seamless order-to-cash experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately through SAP via phone, email, and EDI platforms with a strong focus on same-day turnaround
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues in a timely, professional manner
  • Support order-to-cash activities including pricing validation, inventory coordination, and shipment tracking
  • Partner with internal teams including contracts, credit, and logistics to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate order fulfillment
  • Maintain customer account records and required compliance documentation, including licensure information
  • Manage competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Deliver a high level of customer service while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 25 years of customer service experience, ideally within a high-volume, customer-facing environment
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, think critically, and problem-solve in evolving situations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems
  • Prior experience supporting order entry, order management, or order-to-cash processes
  • Experience within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries
  • Background in call center, hospitality, retail, or other customer-focused environments
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
