Job Title: Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Assistant (FULL TIME, BENEFITED)
Location: 1950 NE 102nd Ave, Hillsboro, OR 97006
Reports To: Director of Plant Operations
Schedule Options:

• Sunday–Thursday
• 8-hour shift, 7:00 am and 3:30 pm
• Full-time benefited position

Whether you’re experienced in general maintenance, apartment repairs, or handy around the house, we want to meet you. What You’ll Do

• Keep outdoor areas clean and safe (walkways, lawn, parking lot)
• Help with general repairs indoors, including resident rooms and common spaces. Includes basic plumbing and drywall.
• Keep tools and supplies organized and safe
• Respond quickly to requests and communicate clearly with your team
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures
• Support your team and community with a positive attitude

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, construction, or similar work preferred
• Skills for apartment maintenance and home repair, including basic plumbing, drywall, and similar
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Basic computer and email skills
