Outpatient Sports Rehabilitation | Monday–Friday | No Nights • No Weekends • No Call

Full-Time | Permanent Position

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• No Nights
• No Weekends
• No On-Call
• Full-Time | Permanent

Location

Practice in one of the highly desirable East Seattle suburban communities, including:

• Bellevue
• Redmond
• Issaquah
• Sammamish
• Renton
• Kirkland
• Snoqualmie

Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Position Summary

Working under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist, the Physical Therapist Assistant plays a vital role in delivering exceptional rehabilitation services. You'll implement individualized treatment plans, monitor patient progress, educate patients and families, and help create a positive, patient-centered experience while working alongside an experienced rehabilitation team.

This position is ideal for a PTA who enjoys treating orthopedic, sports medicine, and post-surgical patients in an outpatient setting focused on quality outcomes and exceptional care.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement individualized treatment plans to maximize patient recovery.
• Treat orthopedic, sports-related, and post-surgical conditions.
• Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress.
• Educate patients on therapeutic exercises and home programs.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to achieve the best possible patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
• Current CPR Certification.
• Excellent communication and patient care skills.
• Passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
