What You’ll Do Deliver exceptional hygiene care and preventive services. Perform comprehensive periodontal assessments and charting. Educate patients on oral health, treatment recommendations, and home care. Collaborate with doctors to identify and support treatment opportunities. Build trusted relationships that encourage patient retention and long-term health. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient care. Qualifications Current or pending Illinois Dental Hygienist license. Commitment to providing outstanding patient care. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Passion for patient education and preventive dentistry. Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude. A licensed dental hygienist passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of scope. Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new graduates welcome). A current CPR certification. Benefits & Perks Competitive compensation with production opportunities. Schedule (days/hours) Monday-Wednesday 8am-5pm (one hour lunch). Thursdays alternate 7am-5pm and 7am-1pm.
