Our total rewards approach includes an annual performance bonus (subject to eligibility criteria) in addition to participation in our competitive benefits programs including healthcare, retirement, vacation, and wellbeing programs.# Job Description:We are seeking a strategic, execution-focused Senior Project Manager to drive the evolution and delivery of the Total Solutions Analytics Platform, including METRiQTM, the firm’s global analytics platform.This role sits at the intersection of investment analytics, technology, and product, and is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that enhance, scale, and commercialize the platform. You will partner closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into impactful platform capabilities.This is a high-visibility role at the center of a strategic platform, offering the opportunity to shape its direction while ensuring disciplined execution and measurable outcomes.**Key Responsibilities**Program Leadership & Delivery* Own end-to-end delivery of platform initiatives, managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and outcomes* Lead multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring alignment across investment, risk, data, operations, and technology teams* Establish governance frameworks, project plans, and reporting to drive transparency and accountability* Proactively identify risks, resolve blockers, and manage competing priorities to maintain delivery momentumStrategic Platform Execution* Partner with product and technology teams to execute against the platform roadmap, with a focus on scalability and client impact* Translate complex investment and analytics requirements into clear, actionable deliverables* Support the evolution of METRiQTM into a scalable, client-facing platform* Drive platform adoption through stakeholder engagement, training, and feedback loopsCross-Functional Coordination* Act as the central point of coordination across business and technology teams* Facilitate alignment and decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups* Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to senior stakeholdersAnalytics & Domain Alignment* Apply understanding of portfolio analytics (performance, risk, exposures) to inform delivery* Partner with analytics teams to ensure outputs align with business needs* Support validation and implementation of analytics-related capabilities**Qualifications**Core Requirements* 5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably within financial services* Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives* Strong organizational and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment* Experience working across business, data, and technology teams* Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions* Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts for technical and non-technical audiencesPreferred Experience* Experience with investment or analytics platforms (e.g., performance, risk, attribution)* Exposure to product or platform development within an investment context* Familiarity with data and analytics ecosystems* Experience driving system enhancements, automation, or process improvements*This role is not eligible for employment-based immigration sponsorship.
