Location:Reading, BerkshireSector:Sales / Business DevelopmentJob type:PermanentJob reference:NAD1120Salary:Negotiable + Car + CommissionPower Supply Sales ManagerThis is an office-based role when not travelling to visit customers, so candidates must be comfortable working from the company’s office as their base rather than working remotely.An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Power Supply Sales Manager to join a growing organisation specialising in industrial power and power electronics solutions.This role is ideal for a sales professional with a proven background in technical B2B sales, who can drive new business and develop key customer relationships across the UK.Key Responsibilities:• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue, margin, and new customer targets.• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, delivering consultative power electronics solutions tailored to their requirements.• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within OEM and industrial markets.• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through to proposal, negotiation, and closing.• Travel across the UK to meet customers and develop new business opportunities, with the company office being the primary base when not visiting customers.Key Requirements:• Proven field sales or business development experience within a technical environment.• Strong consultative selling skills with experience managing complex stakeholder relationships.• Background or experience within power electronics, such as AC/DC, DC/DC power supplies, industrial PSUs, LED drivers, or battery systems.• Willingness to be office-based when not travelling to customer sites – this is not a fully remote or home-based position.To apply for this Power Supply Sales Manager role in the UK, please send your CV to View email address on click.appcast.io or call 01582 878828.
