In that capacity, this position is responsible for the following:Product Consultants are the primary facilitators for product. Product Consultants are responsible for optimizing the value proposition. They anticipate issues and/or complications and respond well to time pressures. They also work and communicate with a wide range of people – peers, vendors, staff members, broader functional and business leadership, and others. Lead the effort to execute projects and manage on-boarding and also establish and maintain a collaborative working relationship with selected vendors. Serve as domain specific subject matter expert for Robotic Process Automation product line. Keep abreast of technical advances and best practices in IT.Job ResponsibilitiesAnalyze, optimize, and document IT operational processes including incident management, change control, and service deliveryCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system uptime, performance monitoring, and root cause analysisProvide expert guidance on infrastructure upgrades, automation opportunities, and operational toolingSupport disaster recovery planning, testing, and executionDevelop and maintain dashboards and reporting mechanisms for operational KPIsAssist in the design and implementation of ITIL-based frameworks and best practicesLead or support operational readiness for new technology deployments and upgradesAdvise on vendor selection, contract evaluation, and service-level agreements (SLAs)Mentor internal teams on operational excellence and continuous improvementJob Specific QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field 2+ years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or systems administrationStrong understanding of ITIL, DevOps, and enterprise monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Splunk, ServiceNow)Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and hybrid environmentsProven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive operational changeExcellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skillsDepartment of Energy’s regulation 10 CFR 810 is required DesiredCertifications such as ITIL, PMP, or relevant cloud credentialsSome positions at PSEG require access to information covered by the Department of Energy’s regulation 10 CFR 810 (Part 810).
