FREE healthy and delicious meals & FREE parking Build your HR skills in a professional healthcare setting working with nurses, therapists and behavioral health technicians Succession planning for a HR Director level position for qualified candidates How you'll spend your time at Benchmark: Serve as first point of HR contact for employees Provide coaching to managers on how to deliver corrective actions, resolve conflict and communicate effectively Partner with HR and leadership to ensure that policies are adhered to consistently and fairly. Manage full cycle recruiting for healthcare related roles as assigned by facilitating the sourcing of applicants, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, making job offers, etc. Manage the employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between to ensure a positive employee experience. Assist with auditing employee timesheets and updating HRIS systems Assist with larger HR projects like driving employee engagement and system upgrades Assist with managing workers compensation claims and the return-to-work process. Coordinate vendor contracts, Medicaid re-validationsand physician credentialing Qualifications What you Bring: Bachelor's degree in human resources (HR) preferred; but not required. (3) to (5) years progressive HR experience - Strong working knowledge of HR functions including recruiting, benefits, compensation, training, employment laws/regulations Previous experience (1-2 years) in Human Resources within the healthcare industry strongly preferred. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity Experience with HRIS preferred (ie iCIMS, Workday, Lawson and UKG Pro) Must be at least 21 years of age or older; able to pass a background check and drug screen EEO Statement - We believe that diversity and inclusion among our teammates is critical to our success.
