Calling All Certified Pharmacy Techs!

We’re seeking candidates with a current CPhT, PTCB, or ExCPT certification —and if you’ve worked with CVS, Walgreens, or a Specialty Pharmacy, we definitely want to hear from you! Earn $22–$24/hour , enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule , and use your pharmacy expertise to help patients get access to the medications they need.

Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)

Location: The Colony, TX | 100% Onsite

Pay: $22–$24/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM CST

Training: First 4 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST

Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)

We are looking for experienced Certified Pharmacy Technicians with a CURRENT, ACTIVE pharmacy technician license/certification who are ready to bring their pharmacy knowledge into a patient-focused support environment.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATION

Must currently hold an active pharmacy technician license/certification , including one of the following:

• CPhT – Certified Pharmacy Technician
• PTCB – Pharmacy Technician Certification Board certification
• ExCPT – Exam for the Certification of Pharmacy Technicians
• Current Pharmacy Technician registration/license as required by the applicable state

Certification/license must be CURRENT and ACTIVE.

Role Impact

As a Certified Pharmacy Technician, you will help patients gain timely and affordable access to their medications. You’ll work with patients, healthcare providers, pharmacies, and assistance programs to help resolve prescription-related issues and remove barriers to medication access.

This is an excellent opportunity for pharmacy technicians who enjoy combining their pharmacy knowledge with customer service and patient support.

Key Responsibility

• Assist members with prescription and medication-related support.
• Communicate with patients, healthcare providers, pharmacies, and patient assistance programs.
• Coordinate prescription approvals, medication access, and fulfillment.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls while maintaining HIPAA and privacy compliance.
• Accurately document interactions and monitor cases through resolution.
• Follow up with members and pharmacy partners to ensure timely service.
• Utilize pharmacy systems, Salesforce/CRM platforms, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.

Qualifications

• Current, active Pharmacy Technician license/certification required.
• CPhT, PTCB, or ExCPT certification strongly desired.
• Minimum 1 year of pharmacy, healthcare, healthcare member services, or related experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable handling high-volume phone and computer-based work.
• Strong documentation, organization, and multitasking skills.

HIGHLY PREFERRED

• CVS pharmacy experience
• Walgreens pharmacy experience
• Specialty Pharmacy experience
• Retail, mail-order, or prescription fulfillment experience
• Prescription benefits or patient assistance program experience
• Experience communicating directly with patients and healthcare providers
