Customer Service Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their team. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting client and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

Location: Buffalo Grove, IL

Shift: 8am - 5pm

What's the Job?

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online chat channels.

• Prioritize and manage daily customer inquiries, recognizing urgency and acting accordingly.

• Collaborate across departments to deliver long-term solutions and resolve customer issues creatively.

• Manage incoming inquiries through Salesforce mailboxes and queues, ensuring timely responses.

• Execute SAP transactions including order entry, status updates, returns, credits, and quotes.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or recognized GED.

• At least 2 years of practical customer support experience.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to address customer inquiries and escalations professionally.
