Head Trainer

Our F45 family is expanding and looking for an energetic, knowledgeable, and charismatic Part-Time Head Trainer. F45 Trainers play a fundamental role within the team and company culture as they lead our classes, working closely with each individual member providing the ultimate F45 experience. As an F45 Head Trainer, you run group training sessions, assess member fitness levels, build a community that keeps our members coming back every day and promote the F45 brand throughout our market area.

We are expanding in the health and wellness industry. You'll have realistic market expansion opportunities as we expand in different markets across the United States.

Core Responsibilities

Coaching

Coach 20 hours of F45 sessions per week to the highest standard ensuring that all members are:

• Getting personalized attention during every class.
• Receiving a minimum of three touch points during the session.
• Performing exercises safely and correctly.
• Encouraged and motivated in a vibrant F45 atmosphere.
• Introduce classes and demonstrate all scheduled exercises with appropriate modifications as needed.
• Facilitate the 45 Day Challenge including information night, body scans, client check-ins and any other challenge events.

Leadership

Develop, evaluate, and train all studio coaches in accordance with the prescribed F45 training methods

• Schedule all coaching staff to ensure adequate class coverage
• Input monthly class schedule into Mindbody ensuring full class coverage

Exemplify and ensure all staff are following:

• AM/PM Procedure.
• Green Star Welcome Process for new guests.
• Rebooking new guests into their next class.
• Class Experience is of highest standard.

You will also assist the sales team in recruiting new members to the studio, with a focus on trial to member conversion.

Requirements:

• 3-year minimum experience as a personal fitness trainer or group trainer is preferred.
• Must have Personal Training Certification through a nationally recognized organization.
• Must have CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to develop strong relationships with members.
• Solid knowledge of biomechanics and exercise physiology.
• Motivated and passionate about health and fitness.
• Reliable and punctual with excellent attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and afternoons.
