The Zone Team Leader (ZTL) provides guidance and direction for the successful operation of a particular zone of the retail sales floor. The ZTL oversees merchandising and customer service, ensuring standards are met and associates are productive. Responsibilities include merchandising, compliance, inventory processes, and company program communication.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of retail supervisory experience, the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and strong communication skills.

Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds, pushing and pulling up to 35 pounds, standing for extended periods, and operating a motor vehicle with a valid license.
