CornerStone Staffing is seeking a driven and analytical Aftermarket Parts Analyst for an exciting opportunity with a leading organization in the material handling industry. This position is ideal for someone who understands aftermarket parts, enjoys analyzing sales and market data, and knows how to turn insights into programs that increase sales, margins, and dealer engagement.

POSITION: PARTS ANALYST

LOCATION: Flower Mound, Tx

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $31.25/hour
• Monday–Friday - 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage aftermarket parts sales programs, promotions, and incentive offerings.

• Analyze program performance, sales results, market trends, and dealer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Benchmark competitive and market pricing and provide recommendations designed to maximize parts sales and margins.

• Prepare reports, presentations, trend analyses, and recommendations for management.

• Identify opportunities to expand existing product lines or introduce complementary aftermarket products.

• Research competitor pricing, promotions, products, and wholesale marketing strategies.

• Develop competitive intelligence to support aftermarket sales and marketing strategies.

• Partner with Regional Sales Managers on merchandising, marketing, promotional programs, and strategic initiatives.

• Work directly with dealers to understand market needs, provide program support, and strengthen dealer engagement.

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding products, programs, processes, and improvement opportunities.

• Partner with Pricing Specialists and Purchasing on large-volume purchases for dealer initiatives.

• Support dealer drop-ship programs and wholesale promotions.

• Assist with aftermarket marketing materials, program literature, dealer training materials, and presentations.

• Maintain relevant CRM and intranet information.

• Conduct dealer surveys and analyze feedback to identify future product opportunities.

• Manage multiple aftermarket projects and initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or equivalent professional experience preferred.

• Previous experience managing and/or selling aftermarket parts or related commodities.

• Forklift, material handling, industrial equipment, automotive, heavy equipment, or a related parts background is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make sound business recommendations.

• Experience supporting sales growth, market-share expansion, pricing, promotions, or dealer/distributor programs.

• Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and dealer/customer relationship management.

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability to analyze data and create professional presentations.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Self-motivated and dependable with the ability to work successfully with minimal supervision.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
