Registered Nurse (RN) Dialysis

Registered Nurse (RN) – Dialysis Job Type: Full-Time | Days Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 with a 2-year commitment Schedule: 3x12, Days (7a-7p), Rotating Weekends Responsibilities Accurately perform patient assessments and identify individual care needs. Initiate and implement appropriate nursing interventions. Deliver care appropriate to the condition and age of each patient. Document medical necessity and nursing activities in a timely and accurate manner. Complete and revise Interdisciplinary Care Plans for assigned patients. Perform timely and accurate Quality Improvement (QI) assessments. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. 2 years of Dialysis experience required. Current state or compact state RN license. Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred). Ability to operate dialysis machines safely.
