What you'll be doing Perform chemical, physical, and environmental testing on raw materials, in-process materials, finished products, fuels, and environmental systems Interpret laboratory data and communicate results to support product quality, process performance, and operational decision-making Maintain laboratory equipment, calibration standards, inventories, and quality documentation to ensure reliable testing and regulatory compliance Support continuous improvement, quality investigations, and site safety initiatives across the plant What you'll bring At least one year of laboratory, manufacturing, mining, industrial, or related experience, or equivalent technical education or training Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing laboratory environment with strong attention to detail Ability to analyse data, solve problems, and communicate technical information clearly Willingness to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts within a continuous manufacturing operation Who this suits You're someone who enjoys combining practical, hands-on work with analytical thinking.
