About the Role

The Company is seeking a Market Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for its Des Moines market. The CFO will be a key strategic leader, responsible for the financial oversight and performance of the market, which has a significant annual net revenue. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a financial leadership role, with at least 5 years in a health system or multi-site healthcare operation. Not-for-profit financial operations and reporting experience is preferred, and a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required, with a Master's degree or CPA being a plus. As the CFO, the successful candidate will work closely with the market's senior leadership team to ensure the organization's long-term success and will be expected to continuously assess and evaluate financial performance. The role also requires a focus on fostering a culture of financial and operational improvement, as well as accountability. The CFO will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships and visibility across the organization and must be adept at providing exceptional customer service and value to various stakeholders.
