We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team on the NOC shift (11PM-7AM). As a key member of our healthcare team, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-notch nursing care to our residents. With a focus on Medicare and Medicaid programs, we're committed to providing comprehensive and effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

About the Role:

As an LVN at Marlora Post Acute Rehabilitation Hospital, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families. You'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care, including administering medications, treatments, and vital sign checks. You'll also develop and implement personalized care plans to ensure each resident receives the best possible care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional nursing care, including administering medications, treatments, and vital sign checks
• Develop and implement personalized care plans to ensure each resident receives the best possible care
• Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and healthcare professionals to deliver seamless care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
• Assist with daily activities and provide educational support to residents and their families
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide first aid care as needed

Qualifications:

• Current LVN license in California
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• At least 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting
• Clinical skills that rival a superhero's powers
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Independent thinker with a knack for problem-solving
