Hourly Pay Range (Minimum - Midpoint - Maximum): $25.000 - $27.640 - $30.490

The stated pay scale reflects the range that Sharp reasonably expects to pay for this position. What You Will Do

To perform routine clerical tasks under immediate supervision. Required Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or Equivalent
• Less than 1 year experience in a clerical capacity.

Essential Functions

• Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality in regard to records, files, conversations or other sources of confidential information.
• Document management: Organize, file and maintain departmental records, documents and correspondence.
• General support: May perform other clerical duties such as duplication and collation of written materials, assembly of booklets/reports, and stuffing and sealing envelopes.
• Perform general clerical duties: Assist secretarial and management staff in all other clerical duties as required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to file materials in an accurate and timely manner.
• Ability to operate photocopy, printers and fax machine.
• Ability to communicate clearly, politely, accurately and tactfully both verbally and in writing.
• Requires grammar, spelling and punctuation skills.
• Possesses simple mathematical skills.
