The Facilities Director will partner with senior leadership, Operations, Finance, Risk, franchisees, and national vendors to ensure our restaurants are safe, reliable, efficient, and positioned for continued growth.We're looking for a leader who can think strategically, execute operationally, build strong relationships, and confidently present to senior leadership. QSR or restaurant facilities experience is a major plus, but we're also interested in accomplished facilities leaders who have successfully managed large, geographically dispersed portfolios in other multi-site environments.What You'll Do* Develop and execute an enterprise-wide facilities strategy supporting operational performance, brand standards, asset reliability, and business growth* Lead facilities and maintenance operations across a portfolio of 300+ locations* Establish scalable standards, policies, programs, and processes for maintenance, repair, and capital improvements* Lead and develop a multi-level facilities organization, creating a culture of accountability, safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement* Manage and strengthen national vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, service agreements, performance management, and cost control* Oversee facilities budgets, maintenance spending, capital expenditures, forecasting, and financial performance* Lead capital planning, equipment replacement programs, remodel support, and infrastructure improvements* Partner with Operations, Finance, Risk, and executive leadership on facilities strategy and business priorities* Build and maintain strong relationships with *franchisees and field leadership** Monitor KPIs, service levels, financial performance, maintenance metrics, and asset reliability* Identify opportunities to improve restaurant uptime, reduce costs, and maximize the life and performance of company assets* Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards* Lead risk mitigation and business continuity efforts related to facilities and equipment* Communicate strategy and results effectively to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholdersWhat We're Looking For*Required:** 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in facilities, maintenance, service operations, or related operational leadership* Experience overseeing facilities operations across 300+ locations* National vendor contract experience is required, including vendor negotiations, contract management, service levels, performance management, and cost control* Demonstrated experience working within a franchise organization and building strong franchisee relationships* Proven success leading large, geographically dispersed teams and operations* Strong financial and business acumen, including experience managing significant budgets, capital expenditures, forecasting, and vendor spend* Demonstrated ability to develop scalable facilities programs, processes, standards, and systems* Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to confidently influence senior leadership* High-energy leadership style with strong executive presence and the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organization* Strong strategic thinking combined with excellent operational execution* Exceptional decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Facilities Management, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience*Strongly Preferred:** QSR or restaurant facilities experience* Experience supporting a large, multi-unit franchise organization* Knowledge of commercial restaurant facilities systems, including HVAC/R, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and other restaurant infrastructure* Experience with large-scale equipment replacement, remodels, and capital improvement programsWhy Flynn Arby's?Flynn Arby's joined Flynn Group in 2018 with the acquisition of 300+ restaurants.
