Occupational Therapy Assistant

Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patient-centered rehab in our inpatient hospital. Working under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, you will deliver hands-on treatments, assist with ADL and functional mobility training, and educate patients and families on home programs and adaptive equipment. You will accurately document progress, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and help maintain a safe, motivating treatment environment aligned with our high-quality, nurturing care culture.
