Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Run nationwide OTR dry van freight based in Port Orange, FL, joining a driver-first team that delivers consistent miles and emphasizes safety and uptime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate assigned dry van tractor-trailers on long-haul routes to move freight across the continental U.S.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and coordinate repairs with reliable in-house maintenance.
• Work with dispatch to meet delivery schedules and adhere to regulations.

Qualifications & Perks:

• CDL-A and minimum 12 months verifiable experience required.
• Pay begins at 65 CPM with average weekly miles around 2,500, plus bonuses for safe driving and clean inspections, modern trucks under three years (APUs, inverters, sleepers), home every two weeks, and full benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k).
