Front Desk Referral Coordinator

Job Description The Front Desk / Referral Coordinator is responsible for coordinating specialty care for patients referred by a physician using Island Doctors protocol to ensure they comply with medically necessity guidelines and thorough documentation. Qualifications will include prior Front Desk experience in handling general clinic responsibilities. Minimum Qualifications Willingness to travel between surrounding offices - Wildwood & Ocala Previous medical office experience Strong customer service focus Effective verbal and written communication skills Team Oriented Must possess a high level of organization and prioritization skills Ability to utilize sound judgment and be a strong problem solver Accept accountability in completing tasks with the utmost level of quality High school diploma required #J-18808-Ljbffr 6AM City, LLC
