Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Sonographer for a travel assignment in Uniontown, PA. This role involves performing both cardiac and vascular imaging procedures in a dynamic acute care environment. A candidate with extensive breast experience and comprehensive scanning skills is preferred.

Key Responsibilities of the Sonographer

• Perform all non-invasive imaging procedures in Cardiac Graphics and Vascular Laboratories as certified
• Conduct proper billing of procedures and prioritize patient scheduling
• Coordinate and prioritize patient scheduling to ensure timely procedure completion
• Obtain information for specific procedures and address patients' questions courteously
• Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of equipment and work areas
• Calculate and measure cardiovascular structures from procedure data
• Notify medical staff if images deviate from normal
• Document procedures within the patient chart accurately
• Complete accurate documentation through EPIC for proper billing
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and unit information

Requirements of the Sonographer

• ARDMS, BLS (AHA), BLS Certification
• Experience in breast imaging as well as overall scanning
