Java Developer IV
Our client is seeking a Java Developer IV to join their team. As a Java Developer IV, you will be part of the Application Development Department supporting legacy systems and new custom applications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Provide development support to new custom applications and legacy systems as a hands-on developer
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions
- Maintain and enhance existing Java-based applications to improve functionality and performance
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Utilize modern development tools and frameworks to streamline the development process
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with Java development
- At least 3 years of experience with JavaScript
- 2 years of experience working with SQL databases
- Experience with financial systems, including invoicing, billing, or payment systems, is highly preferred
- Knowledge of ReactJS or other SPA JavaScript frameworks is a plus
- Proficiency with Git and Agile development methodologies
- Must be a current Wisconsin resident; no relocation allowed
