Floor Technician

We’re looking for a reliable Floor Technician to help maintain our facility and ensure our residents feel at home. Hours: Weekdays, Weekends 7am-3:30pm, Floor projects may need varying times of the day Benefits: Health Insurance Dental & Vision Coverage Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) Retirement Plan Friendly, Supportive Work Culture Responsibilities: Perform floor care: wash, seal, wax, and buff floors throughout the facility Assist with basic maintenance: replace light bulbs, clean vents, windows, screens, etc. Clean and disinfect resident rooms, restrooms, lounges, and high-traffic areas Maintain outdoor areas (sweep entrances, clean ash trays, hose out garbage cans) Clean and sanitize furnishings, surfaces, and equipment Follow daily assignments and safety procedures Perform emergency and routine housekeeping duties as needed Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) At least 1 year of floor tech or commercial housekeeping experience Ability to follow schedules, instructions, and safety guidelines Strong attention to detail and a team-player attitude We’re an Equal Opportunity Employer Sunrise Nursing & Memory Care is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
