Park Lead

We are looking for hard working, responsible, light-hearted individuals with strong customer service skills. A strong team environment is crucial for our business and we need site managers who will embrace and promote that type of workplace. Our Management Team is trained to learn every nuance of the business, so whether you're creating an award-winning birthday party experience, hosting a corporate event, or overseeing a Teen Night, we'll provide you with the tools and knowledge necessary to ensure the success of your store! Pay Range: $15-17 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Park on specified weekdays and weekends.
• Act as the Manager on Duty and oversee the Park's daily operations.
• Promote a positive team culture among employees and create a welcoming environment for guests.
• Handle guest concerns, complaints, refunds, and other issues professionally and appropriately.
• Monitor the cleanliness, organization, maintenance, and overall appearance of the Park.
• Assist with training, coaching, and development of team members.
• Monitor proper maintenance and inventory of the Park and its equipment.
• Promote safety for employees and customers.
• Ensure attractions, café, front desk, parties, and other departments are operating according to business needs.
• Assist with birthday parties, special events, and other Park programs as needed.
• Communicate important operational updates, incidents, and team member concerns to the GM/AGM.
• Follow all company policies and procedures and hold team members accountable to the same standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the GM/AGM.

Skills And Qualifications

• Must have open availability Friday-Sunday.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and assigned opening/closing shifts.
• High School Diploma, some College preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proven conflict management skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
• Ability to work nights and/or weekends
