Dealership Sales Manager

Vann York Auto Group is currently hiring for a Sales Manager. As a Vann York Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for coordinating activities related to vehicle sales, providing leadership and guidance to our sales consultants, and ensuring our customers are taken care of.

Essential Responsibilities
- Monitors Salesperson productivity and performance.
- Administers and monitors factor-sponsored programs.
- Displays, merchandises and promotes new- and used-vehicles.
- Reviews market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs, and volume potential, and develop sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the dealership.
- Serves as liaison between sales department and other departments.
- Analyzes and controls expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.
- Trains, motivates, counsels and monitors the performance of all salespeople.
- Embodies company values and fosters a culture of teamwork.
- Attends Managers Meetings.
- Maintains professional appearance.
- Other tasks as assigned.

- Service - Communicating and collaborating with general manager and other department managers to overcome obstacles and find sustainable solutions. Ensuring customers have been provided with an excellent car-buying experience.
Requirements
- Min. of 3 years of Dealership Sales Management Experience
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; OR three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Pass background check and drug screen.
- Valid NC driver's license and acceptable driving record
