As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role, driving the success of some of the most advanced avionics solutions in the industry while shaping the future of aerospace technology. As a Program Manager, you will lead end-to-end program execution across the full product lifecycle—from concept through delivery and sustainment. What You Will Do Leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products and services with new market capabilities Managing programs across their lifecycle while driving alignment and synergy across business units Owning execution across cost, schedule, technical performance, risk management, manufacturing, product support, and quality Developing program investment strategies, business cases, and growth plans aligned with organizational objectives Identifying and mitigating risks with robust financial and schedule recovery plans Driving supply chain resilience and ensuring delivery assurance targets are consistently achieved This role reports directly to the Portfolio Director and serves as a key member of the leadership team. The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
