Step onto the dock and own the outbound flow

At 3:00 PM, the floor comes alive. You climb into a forklift, stage pallets for both domestic and international orders, and verify that every box, label, and document lines up. You keep the dock organized, the paperwork tight, and the carriers on schedule. This role is built for a shipping pro who doesn’t need hand-holding — someone who thrives on accuracy, momentum, and accountability in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.

• Pay: $21.00–$22.00 per hour
• Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM), Full-Time
• Shift differential available

• Pick, stage, and load outbound freight with precision for both U.S. and international destinations.
• Operate a forklift confidently; exposure to turret trucks or cherry pickers is a strong advantage.
• Confirm every shipment against BOLs, packing lists, and shipping documents before it leaves your dock.
• Generate and print labels, manifests, and freight paperwork using internal systems (SAP experience is a plus).
• Partner with warehouse teammates to stage orders and ensure they’re ready ahead of carrier pickup.
• Keep the dock spotless and organized — correct pallet placement, clear labeling, and smart load sequencing.
• Spot and resolve discrepancies in counts, documentation, or orders before they become problems.

• Hands-on outbound shipping background — you already know the workflow and best practices.
• Required: forklift operation; bonus points for turret truck or cherry picker experience.
• Comfort with basic computer tasks; prior SAP use is helpful.
• Fluency with bills of lading, packing lists, and manifests.
• A steady work record that demonstrates reliability and staying power.
