Business Development Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member Position Overview Clint Conrad State Farm is looking for a driven Business Development Representative in Harrodsburg Rd Lexington, Kentucky who enjoys talking with people, following a process, and creating new business. This role includes a base pay structure plus eligible commission or bonus, with clear expectations around outbound activity and follow-up.
